Stelci Rosario
As Manager of School Supports and Development, Stelci designs professional development trainings, maintains compliance calendars, provides technical assistance, and develops resources to enhance school efficiency. Prior to joining the Charter Center, Stelci held several roles in the sector including Director of Operations and Student Recruitment & Enrollment Manager. Stelci holds a B.S in Economics from Pace University.

Meet the instructor
Rene Minnocci
Rene Minnocci is the MLL/ELL Specialist at The Collaborative for Inclusive Education, where she champions equity and access for multilingual students and families. She provides professional development, coaching, technical assistance, and advocacy to support schools in serving MLLs effectively.
Rene holds a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature with coursework in Elementary and Special Education from Providence College and an M.A. in Bilingual Bicultural Education from Teachers College, Columbia University."
With over a decade of experience supporting MLL populations in Connecticut and New York, Rene has taught in a variety of language models, including Spanish-English Dual Language, Transitional Bilingual, Sheltered English, and English Immersion classrooms. Most recently, she led MLL programming at a NYC charter school in Washington Heights, where she designed and implemented MLL supports, coached teachers, and worked directly with students—including MLLs with IEPs.
